Joe Rogan ESTP and Elon Musk INTP go for Round 2
The first time around I wasn’t all too impressed actually, it felt like these two were just warming up. Personality fanatics (for a lack of a better word), were really unsure whether Elon Musk was an INTP or an INTJ. In round 2 though, we really get to see Ti, Ne, Si and Fe come out. Joe does a great job with parental Ti and challenges Elon with it.

Dynamic Duo – Marty ESTJ + Wendy INFJ
Ozark the Netflix series doesn’t need an intro, the series is pure engagement right from episode 1.
On to the dynamic duo…
Marty Byrde can easily be mistakened as an ESTP due to his action oriented, here and now quick thinking abilities. However, it is not Se that we see, it is actually Te in ESTJ that is always active and scanning the world for objectivity. ESTJ’s child function or third function Ne – Extraverted Thinking allows for Marty to scan for multiple possibilities. Further we see Parental Si (Introverted Sensing) in Marty, which makes him dutiful and responsible in watching out for his family, though not what were used too in the traditional sense.
The “Zuck”. Were taking a look at Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, the face behind Facebook. I captured a nice shot of Zuckerberg laughing. That laugh does actually come out quite often in interviews. But you’ll notice they look more or less the same each time. I presume you don’t follow Zuckerberg on a daily basis so you might be more familiar with the movie “The Social Network” where Jesse Eisenberg (an INTP, stay tuned for this future post) plays Mark Zuckerberg. You get a glimpse of what Zuckerberg is kind of like. Yeah, I’ll refer to Mark as “Zuckerberg” – just seems more iconic and fun.
Yeah, not one of Natalie Portman’s best photos but this was completely intentional. I wanted to capture Natalie in her natural state, when she isn’t acting on script – a candid shot if you will. We usually see Natalie strutting along in a pretty pristine dress accompanied by a great big smile. Watch some of Natalie’s interviews from her younger years (well, and now too) and you’ll see what I mean. Go back in time and watch one of her first movies (I think it was her first), “Léon: The Professional” . If you’ve already watched it, it’s worth watching again – highly recommended, really good movie.
Other big hits include “Black Swan”, “Marvel’s Thor” and Star Wars – check these movies out as well.
This is Thor, God of Thunder – one of the most powerful Asgardians and Avenger. Thor Odinson can be paired with just about anyone in the MCU but where he is most fitting would be with the Trinity (secular) – namely, with Captain America (ISFJ) and Iron Man (ENTP). If you haven’t already seen MCU’s Avenger’s Endgame you’ll see what I mean, there is an epic scene against Thanos you won’t want to miss.
Kevin Costner isn’t an easy personality type to nail down, this curiosity made me want to dig into Kevin’s function stack. I reflected on his acting career and movies made – for me it was “Dances with Wolves”, “Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves” and “WaterWorld” to name a few. Oh yeah of course there’s “Body Guard” with Whitney Houston. Come to think of it there isn’t a Kevin Costner movie I didn’t like.
Jon Snow. Probably one if not my favorite character from Game of Thrones. Seasons over so there will definitely be some spoilers here – so tune in and binge if you haven’t yet. I’ve been wanting to type Jon Snow for a while now. There’s been a lot of confusion circulating the internet about Jon’s personality type. I’ve seen ISFP, INFJ, INTJ and yes even ENTJ. Just seems like typing fanatics have given up here saying well… Jon has no type.
“Iron” Mike Tyson. Easily one of my top 5 favorite boxers of all time. See, I grew up in this era – a great time for boxing and a great time to be playing one of my favorite video games. Yes you’ve guessed it – Nintendo’s Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!!
So we all know Mike Tyson – if you don’t then you’re totally missing out on some really classic boxing fights and knockouts – literally. Mike Tyson has been in there with some true heavy weights all while overcoming adversity – Mike has been on top and he’s been way way down at the bottom. A true warrior indeed.
I couldn’t get the photo I really wanted for this due to Marvel’s licensing & usage rights – but I think this one will suffice.
Captain America, a.k.a Steve Rogers. Easily one of my favorite Marvel Super Heroes – there’s just loads to write about when it comes to Cap.
Super soldier, Avenger and one of the rare heroes able to lift and wield the power of Mjolnir (Thor’s Hammer). It’s Caps hand to hand combat skills that sets him apart from his contemporaries – Thor and Iron Man. You combine Mjolnir with his indestructible shield and you’re in for some awesome combo’s.
Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist. Are we talking about Tony Stark or the personality in question? Or are they one in the same? By this time it’s really hard to separate the two, Robert Downey Jr. might as well be Tony Stark, a.k.a. Iron Man. Who better to wear the armor of Iron Man than Robert Downey Jr. himself. Let’s not forget, he totally owned it playing Sherlock Holmes.
